Can I submit my own artwork/design or wording to bead on your totes or apparel?

YES- That is one of our favorite things to do! Please submit an email with your request & detailed information-one of our expert designers will be in touch.

Can I cancel my order?

Custom / personalized orders - cannot be cancelled once order is placed. Each piece is put into production once order is processed.

What are your bags made from?

Our products are made from the finest quality glass beads, fabrics & other materials. We stand by our mission to produce elevated accessories & appeal for the fashion savvy customer.

Where are your pieces made?

First comes the vision, next we put pen to paper and design our original pieces in the USA then masterfully crafted by artisans in India.


Why has my order not arrived?

Personalized & items not in stock are custom & made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks to produce & ship.
